Ingredients:
- 8 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, melted
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose or cake & pastry flour
Directions:
Beat eggs until lemon coloured.
Add sugar. Beat until thickened.
Stir in melted chocolate and butter.
Fold in flour and incorporate fully.
Transfer batter to a greased and floured cake pan.
Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
