Ingredients:
- freshly squeezed juice of one lemon
- 2 cups ice water
- sprig of fresh mint
Directions:
Mix juice, water (& sweetener if desired) thoroughly.
Add mint whole.
Chill 1 - 2 hours to allow mint flavour to infuse lemonade.
Enjoy over ice.
